Site Licensing
Our team of regulatory specialists guides you through site licensing, GMP, and quality assurance.
To sell a Natural Health Product (NHP) in Canada, a Site-Licensed facility must be associated with the product. A site license is a 6-digit number given by Health Canada to a facility that demonstrates Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the fabrication, packaging, labelling, or importing of NHPs. A facility that has a site license must uphold quality operations via the 4 P’s: Places, People, Products, and Processes.
NaturalSci Regulatory can help with site license applications, including renewals, amendments, notifications, questions relating to GMP and quality assurance, reviewing and editing standard operating procedures (SOPs), or even providing you with the required SOPs. We are here for all of your needs!
Site license renewals are also required for the following:

It is required every three years if the licensee has held the license for over nine years.
